You will be provided leads from our newly formed telemarketing department for the Sydney residential market which will require you to:

 

  • Attend “in home” consultation to explain benefits of solar power to customers
  • Assist customers with their decision making process to invest in solar energy
  • Contribute to the goals of the organisation

Engineer

The solar industry is undergoing rapid growth both here and overseas. Our company requires the services of a talented and professional part time engineer to take responsibility for the development and delivery of projects at the PowerStation.

 

Project Background

 

We are a leading solar energy solutions provider currently working on several projects from design to the commissioning of world-class solar photovoltaic power hubs and stations across Australia.

 

Responsibilities

 

Some of your responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Management of installation works including risk management and cost control
  • Development of specifications in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Plant Maintenance Management
  • Assist tender preparation and specifications
  • Development of technical specifications, evaluation and recommendation of preferred tender
  • Management of contracts for installation of works
  • Developing an Environmental plan
  • Developing a safety management plan and quality plan

 

What we are looking for

 

As the ideal candidate you will have:

 

  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Solar power station system design experience
  • Experience in developing an environmental plan, safety management plan and quality control plan
  • Current engineering licence
  • Relevant experience within the renewable energy industry
  • Be a confident presenter with great communication skills

Inventory Accountant AD

The Solar energy industry is undergoing rapid growth both here and overseas. Our company wants to be at the forefront of this growth and now requires the services of a talented and professional Inventory Accountant to further position the company to maximise the significant and varied opportunities in this sector.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory targets & profitability are managed to optimize results for the business.

 

Your roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

  • Overseeing the processing, investigation and reconciliation of all inventory
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and operational effectiveness of the group
  • Purchase order entry, expediting, receiving, processing of freight documents, costing and reconciliation of invoices
  • Maintain inventory selling pricing – local and export pricing
  • Receive and reconcile documentation associated with the movement of incoming and outgoing stock

 

To be considered for this role, you will need:

 

  • Substantial experience in a similar role
  • Previous exposure to inventory processes and purchasing
  • Advance computer skills with an emphases in utilising Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft word
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • MYOB and advance Excel experience is essential
  • Mandarin language skills a plus
